Just noticed you're supposed to switch to 3x5 on stronglifts once you reach a certain strength level. It's actually a relief because a workout takes a long time to finish (safely) on the 5x5 rep scheme. I've gotten to a point where I'm not finishing or barely finishing workouts

my legs are sorer than a motherfukker! Anybody got tips to speed up recovery from soreness? Shoulders and triceps are doing fine, it's just my legs that got destroyed.
