@Fonsworth

What does your daily diet consists of?

:jbhmm:
Water, more water and whey
Garden salad with grilled chicken
Two Spinach egg, cheese and turkey bacon bagel sandwiches (I take off half of the bagel for both so I'm only eating "one" bagel)

I'll eat a third meal by 8 if it's a more active day. It'll be anything I can get my hand on that's healthy. Salmon and veggies...lettuce wraps....whatever.

This stack kills my hunger on some days. If I didn't lift (like today) I'll just eat one-two meals and have some whey. Right now I've had 1600 for the day but I'm at like 160 grams of protein. No room for junk.

Added +5 to all exercises of my last set of calisthenics and +.5 to my last two minutes of my run. Going to do this until the end of the month to slowly prepare for the eventual increase to all sets and run speed.

Damn. That's terrible. Spotter has to feel like crap right now

The gym is fun but it almost makes you oblivious to some of the REAL danger we get exposed to.
Damn, true. How does the bar slip from your hands though. You have to grip it firmly to take it off the rack nah?

Some folks hands are sweaty as hell which can make for a very dangerous bench press

Or they do the suicide grip/thumb on bar grip. Both of which can wreck you quick

Got a PR of 70lb dumbbell inclines for 6 reps and 45 shoulder press for 10. I wore wrist wraps for the first time and they really helped. Normally my wrists bend back with heavy pressing.

Had the flu and fever, back at the gym after 2 weeks. I really want to do it for real this time. It has been on and off the whole 2016 and had surgery so was out. Hopefully I can finally lose some weight this year and be healthy again. I wish I can stick to the diet:mjgrin:

Looking back the past year I feel like I got a lot of gains in my legs. My girl always commenting on them. When I flex them while laying down the definition is :ehh:

For 2017 I hope to keep it up. Want to see real gains in the abs.
