Yeah I can't do 4, the most I've done was 315 (3 plates) but I agree.
That kind of volume still has my legs sore as hell as I type.
I don't really have a desire to get really heavy on squats tbh...my legs are big enough and I want aesthetics/a low bf %
Thats why I keep my leg workouts short and sweet. Yall out here doing a million sets for what? So you can't find any pants that fit?

Right now I'm doing 32 reps twice per week, thats it. 3 sets of 8 on squat. 1 set of 8 on walking lunges.
Gains are great until we are talking about the size of your tailor bill
