So...I probably won't be drinking much water before I leave home to exercise anymore. Gym is about 35 min walking distance from my home and I always walk or take the bus (which comes pretty infrequently). 20 min into my walk I'm starting to feel the pressure and since I'm too far from home I decide to head toward the gym, so I start jogging to take my mind off it while simultaneously looking for a place with a restroom. I begin to realize that the closest place with a restroom is the gym which is still about 10 minutes away and I'm beginning to lose my breath. Couldn't hold it anymore so I went into an alleyway and just let it all out.

Somebody's gonna be very displeased when they open their garage door. :wow:

Went for a nice run...today.....finished sweating profusely. :ahh: But it felt so right.

I'm getting heavy as fukk. I went from 170 in August, to 189 as of today. Bulking like a motherfukker. The aesthetics are not there though lol and none of my clothes fit right anymore.

Jan 1st... the cut begins.
