Just keep in mind they have a technical way to certify a clean lift.brehs I just might enter some powerlifting competitions by the end of this year or compete early next year
I looked at some of the numbers from the results of these competitions, and realized I do half that shyt as ease at my gym.
only thing I gotta work on is bench, I never really go north of 225lbs. But I guarantee I can make up for it with squats and DL.... I'm almost positive that at my size I can hit 600+ on DL and I've worked my way up squatting 475lbs multiple times.....
No doubt you have the strength.

killed my appetite for the whole day as well...might find a way to sip on this throughout the day to keep me full
