1st Round Playoff Exits
Had to lower weight on squats (be humble) working on pushing my knees out to get better depth. Bench is progressing slowly. Did barbell rows for the first time in years and it felt :blessed:


I wonder if finishing off my workouts with dips/pull ups to failure with hurt recovery:patrice: Doing this full body (3x5) got my upper body missing some of the extra volume.
get a home pull up bar, and do it during off days tml

Got out of work earlier than usual tonight and had no other plans so figured I'd make a gym run. Packed the clothes before I left the house and just came to get gas. Undecided on a game plan tho. Definitely not doing legs or arms. Maybe I'll do some chest or light back, no deadlifts, and some abs. I haven't worked out after work in a while. I mostly go before so I'll do some light work to get something done.

I'm pretty sure that I'd weigh a lot less if I didn't anything after breakfast. :francis: seems like half of my calories occur when I get home from work. Or maybe it's just post gym hunger to get some protein in my body. All I had from the time I ate breakfast around 1 to about just now was a small portion of lasagna I took for lunch and a protein bar around 730, and some beef jerky snack sticks around 1130. Seems like I eat a big breakfast of 500 calories then eat very little thru the day and eat a bunch when I get home.

I did pretty much the same exact thing.... same exact result.... never again. Im 5' 9", small joints.... I should never see the other side of 190 again



Its crazy how much a few inches on height adds/subtracts from ones physique. Im 193-195 lbs - 6'2, and my body comp resembles him WAY MORE when he is at 155. When he shows his picture of himself at 190ish he looks WAY bigger than me. One of the good things about shorter people when it comes to bodybuilding, is that you get swoller much easier.
