seems like half of my calories occur when I get home from work. Or maybe it's just post gym hunger to get some protein in my body. All I had from the time I ate breakfast around 1 to about just now was a small portion of lasagna I took for lunch and a protein bar around 730, and some beef jerky snack sticks around 1130.
