You did it tho.58:27 total time. I was able to partition the middle section into 5 pull ups/10 push ups/15 air squats x 20. First mile I prob ran a little too fast just over 8 min. Got thru the first 12 cycles in the middle and then I hit a bit of a wall. Eventually pushed through. The last mile was sluggish as shyt. Just under 10. I'm glad I did it though. I know what to expect next time now.
People in vests blew by me though. Men and women. Reminds me of where I truly am on the fitness spectrum![]()
You're higher on the spectrum than you think. After about 2 pull-ups it would've taken me an hour to get the other 98. I'll be ready next year.



what the fukk is wrong with them? Might have to take my talents elsewhere if it gets too expensive.
