Also stopped drinking soda since I started up again, strictly water and gatorade.

Now I try to eat one big meal during mid day by meal prepping during the week. Money well kept :ehh:

ate like shyt for a good 2-3 weeks in may, managed not to gain anything (outside some bloat/water weight) since i kept up the workouts, but lord knows i wasn't focused, even considered quitting for a month for the mental recovery, but got my life back together and i'm back on it. fitness is just as much mental as physical. this week's goal is -3lbs.

Them plates going up too easy these days and i know ima have some knee issues in the future if i'm not careful.



These work like a charm, just make sure you get the right size. Been having mine for about a year now, still intact/nothing falling off it. I wash it every week, still fits just right.

Thank God I've been minimizing the junk and sugar intake lately. Haven't gone to the gym much lately. It's been real gloomy here. Raining constantly and gonna continue for the rest of the week. Plus dealing with work got me with less enthusiasm. I've been doing pushups and squats randomly at home to keep the muscles active. Hopefully I'm able to get a session in tomorrow and/or Thursday since I have those days off. I need to get back in there after my little recovery period.

What are yall doing for Cardio besides treadmill?

I usually do the resistance bike or DDP Yoga, looking for some other things to do as well

Seriously, I dedicate a day to it and that's it. I can't find the motivation to get on a treadmill, stair climber, etc.

I normally do it before as a warmup at the gym.

If im at my apartment gym then after lifting i'll do yoga to stretch out
