I think my tennis elbow pain is gone. Increased the volume on upper body a little more the last few weeks and no issues. Just got be smart with pull-up volume and grip. No I just gotta build the strength back.

one of my friends is getting some gastric balloon put in, she's not even that big. i'm a big proponent of "if you don't like it, fix it" - i.e. plastic surgery is fine by me. but when you're like 20-40 pounds overweight, you can get it off without surgery :rudy:

maybe i'm annoyed because that's kinda how she operates ever since becoming the bourgie version of her, throw money at everything. but coming outta college i had way more weight to lose than she does and i did it on my own, no trainers, no nutritionists, just sweating and learning shyt from the internet. and what happens when those balloons come out and you aint correct your eating :patrice:

I hear you but ultimately you will be in a better place because you know what to do and how to implement it.

Gastric for that small amount is odd AF however.

Took a few months off just to see if I felt a difference. Actually wanted to ask you guys if it was even necessary to take time off. I don't feel quite as explosive lately.

it's not gastric bypass surgery, it's supposedly non-invasive, some balloons. whatever it is, i'm in my "judgment zone", just seems lazy for a young able-bodied person who at most needs to drop 40 pounds. kinda even more annoying the way she's trying to validate it vs. just saying "i want something to control portions for me". ah well



anyway, i wanted to do a second workout today, but i also kinda just want to crawl into my bed as soon as i get off :snooze:
