You switching from conventional? Why the change?

I tried sumo today after my back workout and did a pretty good weight with relative ease with sore legs...I think I'm going to use this stance for a while and see how my numbers compare to my conventional. :ohhh:

did my morning run today with ankle braces and knee sleeves...the quality of my run definitely improved and i didnt feel the soreness/pain in my right knee like ive been feeling for some weeks..but man knowing i need both in order to lessen leg injuries has me :francis:...it sucks getting older
