I tried sumo today after my back workout and did a pretty good weight with relative ease with sore legs...I think I'm going to use this stance for a while and see how my numbers compare to my conventional.![]()
has two different purposes but I use creatine everyday and protein only occasionally.Does anyone here just straight up use creatine instead of protein?
