nah just maintaining where your physique and weight is at.. not wanting to get any bigger or smaller, finding that medium
If you have a few years in the game, bulking is basically maintaining anyway. You're not going to be putting on lbs of muscle every month, you might do like 2-3lb a year if you're lucky,.

Few things diffuse the gym "tough guys" who walk around scowling at people than a genuine smile.

It's 2 things

1. I don't at all perceive you to be a threat and

2. I know what I'm capable of so I don't need to walk around trying to prove it.

I stay doing that to people who do the fake tough guy routine when I catch them leery then I'll ask em "you alright?"

cats get their tongue every time.

Whole food based multivitamins are a sham? I'm talking 100% true organic no filler

Synergy men's multivitamins are my go to. They're expensive but I literally taste the vitamin after a couple hours as if I ate some food. The pill looks like compressed herbs, fruits and vegetables. (Which is what it's made from)

:dame:Ate some greasy chicken fingers for lunch, prepping my work space for a hurricane and then had a stressful convo immediately before. Fortunately it was leg day...:whew:
