Box squats with light weight and parallel helped me when I first got going.

Trains you to get comfortable in the hole. Pause if applicable.

Do you have tight hamstrings and hips?

I went to the gym again and I was more successful in my 2nd attempt..i could only do 10 tho, because my quads were already burning...

I think I just gotta get used to it

Feels good to be back in the gym (had a sprained ankle/hamstring issues), sucks to deload too, but it'll help me from being burnt out again.

Think I'm going to have throw alcohol in the bushes tho:sadcam::damn: The metabolism isn't what it used to be.
Yes you do. Your stomach will never be right with soda & liquor

Are they really that good? They seem cumbersome.

Like trying to lift cinderblocks or some shyt.

I never tried them tho.
I have a bowflex set that runs 5-55 lbs, I think they're good - minus the weird elongated "weight" portion that allows the different plates to lock in. Definitely a good investment if you're short on space.
