Of course I roll into work damn near at 10am(long commute lol)
But real shyt I make about 4-6 servings of oatmeal at the start of the week, if I'm doing ground turkey with it I cook about 4 servings at a time. Only when I do eggs do I need to cook something in the morning, but I'll usually heat the skilllet while doing my makeup so I can scramble and run out the house.

I met with a Nutritonist recently and was given a meal plan that has a half a 9 inch plate filled with vegetables, a quarter of a plate with a protein, and a quarter of the plate with carbs/optional.shyt well was she wrong or not...
Started my first time on the push/pull/leg routine coming from a Bro split...Had a pretty good push day curious to see how this works out. I have a plan where every quarter I change workout styles. It may or may not mean nothing and is all just mental but so far so good.
I'm starting to add a good amount of strength and endurance it's like I can keep working out and don't get tired. I have also been hungrier a lot lately.
