to my AM workout crew, yall fitting in stretching and/or foam rolling into your AM workouts as well? i honestly am running straight from the gym to the house to get ready for work, i don't have time for this. i'm about to add in yoga 1-2 times a week to help with stretching and flexibility, but was also told foam rolling would be helpful. am i going to get the benefits if i do this in the evenings instead? i really don't have 5 more minutes to add something else to my am workouts
edit: some days my appetite is a fukking beast. i'm not sure why i'm so damn hungry today but chill home girl
