I have been on a burger binge the last few months.... 2 Walmart 85% patties with some gouda or cheddar on a little grocery store bun... just about 700kcal. I wish they made a 90% patty. I will say this... not very filling. I'm almost always still hungry a little later. But we are on those luxurious top tax bracket macros now so fukk itI see nothing wrong with that....I mean you have people out slamming 75grams of dextrose with 30 grams of protein after a workout....The macros of a burger may have more dense calories but i don't see it as a negative unless you are cutting or something.
