Still stronger and in better shape than most people who probably spend a lot more time at the gym than me

A strong diet and not drinking goes a long way.

but I still need to work on implementing more cardiovascular exercises or walking more in to my life. That's the shyt that really counts at the end of the day as far as being fit and healthy, not being dieselled up. Jacked up no neck cats die everyday from CHD. Make sure to regularly do cardio brehs and brehettes....
