Scales are the devil, scale at home was 2 lbs heavier than the one at the doc, went to the body comp place and it's 4lbs up from the home scale - nikka! This is all within two days mind you :martin:

Ok so I’ve decided that I’m going to start cycling 3 days a week. My question is, is it better to weight train on off days or can I do it the same day? My plan is to weight train on mondays and fridays with low intensity cardio and do cycling Tuesday through Thursday and full body workout on saturdays. Is this good?
Your weight training is all back to back, that doesn't make sense. If you're going to do weights 3x week, try to do a m/w/f or t/th/s. No, it doesn't matter if you do it on the day you do spin, just do weights before cardio

2-4 pounds is the general margin of error day to day considering water weight

I'm a woman, you know I want the lower # to be the real number...not the higher one :bryan:
best thing to do is to weight yourself at the same time one the same day each week/2 weeks.

I usually do Sundays at like 11am.
unfortunately I'm addicted to daily weighing :mjcry:

unfortunately I'm addicted to daily weighing :mjcry:

daily weighing is a waste of time. I gain like 8 lbs if I eat a meal with high carbs lol.

Always do one day a week after you "use the bathroom" around the same time each week.

Out of town so went to workout at the UFC gym with a guest pass.

Them battle ropes the fukking truth, gonna have to start incorporating that into my routine going forward.

Also did the rope climb, shyt burned straight through my gloves on the wave down. Now imagine if I worked out in just my bare hands :damn:
