Scales are the devil, scale at home was 2 lbs heavier than the one at the doc, went to the body comp place and it's 4lbs up from the home scale - nikka! This is all within two days mind you![]()
Your weight training is all back to back, that doesn't make sense. If you're going to do weights 3x week, try to do a m/w/f or t/th/s. No, it doesn't matter if you do it on the day you do spin, just do weights before cardioOk so I’ve decided that I’m going to start cycling 3 days a week. My question is, is it better to weight train on off days or can I do it the same day? My plan is to weight train on mondays and fridays with low intensity cardio and do cycling Tuesday through Thursday and full body workout on saturdays. Is this good?

unfortunately I'm addicted to daily weighingbest thing to do is to weight yourself at the same time one the same day each week/2 weeks.
I usually do Sundays at like 11am.
