By using weight, right? Because I’m doing that(I think). I do rows, triceps dips, push ups, curls, deadlifts(lightweight. Like 80 pounds). Am I missing something?
How much weight you use when working your arms and how many sets

3-4 sets, 15-20 pounds
That's great, let's keep it at 4 sets for each bicep and Tricep excersie, try to pick 4 bicep and Tricep excersie.

Now you want to tighten your arms so it won't jingle, those 15 reps you was doing was burning fat and some muscle, mostly fat, so now you want to tighten those arms up, and you tighten it up my building lean muscle.

So for each excersie go for 12 reps for those 4 sets, if you can do 12 reps then next week add 5 pounds trying to get those same 12 reps, when you get that twelve add another 5 pounds so on and so on when you can't get 12 stay at that weight until you get 12 every set

By doing this you adding muscle and tighten those arms up.

Today was a great delt workout, but the highlight of this gym session was when 4 Latinas came in, they had their yoga pants, tight tank tops and shyt, but they came in for business, they was some power lifters, they went to the bench had their notebook, had their powerlifting Elbow sleeves the strong lifts one's and got on the bench not only that they had the slingshot.

That shyt turned me on, when women go to the gym and lift weights, not trying being all cute, but bang weights and power lift, that's the most sexy shyt, I damn near stopped my workout.

Made a brother wanted to shoot a CC of Test and a CC of Tren, pop a Viagra and do the nastiest smuttiest shyt to one of them, they was banging them weights, repping 135, other women was feeling all jealous and shyt, then dudes that don't bang out started to get serious to show off, I was like look at these punks, all of a sudden
