on the road to the 525 lb deadlift
today did a max of 475 x 2 ... with drop-sets... 455 x 2, 435 x 2, 405 x 3.
no chalk, no handstraps bullshyt... just all weight
the one compound lift i feel being tall / long arms gives me an advantage at... think i can hit my goal in the next month
i swear summer man...when it gets nice out my eating just gets bad...def did a sunday calisthenics workout at the gym this morning...then came in a half hour ago from taking a walk around my neighborhood...time to really tighten up on my eating..might be time to get back on my fasting wave too

nah..because i had been dropping weight with no plateau yet...my regular cheat days have been working as such..the problem is my new job is around a shytload of food..both in the office and esp out of it breh..so ive been indulging more...thats why i need to tighten up againU think u need a refeed?

For me it's not even the eating, it's the increase in social functions where I know I'll eat AND drink like trash. Just this weekend I had to entertain a lady friend from ATL. Between HH on Friday, then Thai food on Friday night, to Jamaican food Saturday afternoon, I've done a dent on the the hard work I did Mon-Thu.
I'm just looking to close up shop for summer movements until my Euro trip. Give myself 11 good weeks of focus. Turn the corner on my plateau then move on from there
I wish I could even run in the heat. My knees can't take it.
