Can yall expound? Im basically in a position in life where im trying to learn my body all over again. I was chunny 90% of my life and didnt work out except to lose weight and I wasnt concerned with gaining muscle really. So now im a skinny bruh and im trying to make sense of things. I think my main problem is going to be that I like cardio more than anything so if that hard gsiner stuff is true im going to have to change some things for sure
It's just calories in minus calories out. So if you want to make gains and do a lot of activity, you have to eat more. How much you need to eat is dependent on your body, but that's very individual, not based on a body "type". I have been all 3 body types based on my weight and musculature. Don't over think it. Just eat to match your activity levels and goals.

Wow so y'all really count calories and shyt?

I never counted calories, I try to eat at least 4 to 5 times a day

I just look in the mirror that tells me how my diet is

I'm 32. This shyt is healing but not fast enough. It's fustrating being this slow. I gotta wear a damn boot.:mjcry:

Hope you have a Godspeed recovery bruh
I'm 41:flabbynsick:

I'm dealing with Sprained Thumbs, Toe, ACL, tendonitis all from Brazilian Jujitsu except tendonitis which is from lifting heavy in the gym and I'm dealing with these nagging injuries for months:mjcry:

That's because I train in BJJ 3x a week, Muay Thai 2x a week, wrestling 1x a week, i hit the gym at least 4~5x a week and work a full time job, so my body is always hurting and take a long time to heal

Old Man problems

Thank God for Anabolics:blessed:
