yep, i think it was mid/end of may just as the weather was turning and the sun was starting to actually come up when i work out @ 6am.

that was a great morning, great wod, too.

if i remember correctly it was a partner workout but something like:

30 min AMRAP
12 bike cals
9 burpee box jump overs
6 deadlifts @ 315#

I tell people all the time about you & @krackdagawd triumphs and set backs. It's a testament to not giving up, despite the cards you're dealt in life or when an unfortunate illness strikes.

I legit had tears from hearing both stories because I could feel the pain. It also reminds not to take good health and life in general for granted.

They're up and down. Sometimes I feel like my form is pretty good other times not. Last leg day I did them at the end of my workout like a dummy :snoop:
Part of what I feel like throws me off is coming out the rack I feel like I'm in a slightly different position everytime. Like if I could just get under it and go I'd feel like I could be more consistent but I have to back out to get it off the hooks


Do you perform high bar squats or low bar squats ?

Man I'm never doin fasted cardio again. :dead:

Tried it again after two years being in the bushes. Destroyed my appetite for the whole day. Felt awful.

Idk how I swore by this shyt for years. :mjlol:

Gym gotta be the one place patrons don't give a fukk about unfavorable conditions.

We had a blackout few months ago and brehs were :manny: put their cellphone lights on and kept lifting. Staff had to go around kickin everyone out. :heh:

It was at an LA Fitness. The scene kinda reminded me of the Tupac skit on Chappelle show where people looked around confused but kept dancing anyway. No one came to tell us to leave so I kept lifting too :laugh:

This is gonna sound crazy... but I can't figure out how to make a 4 day split

I lead each day with a lower body compound. So I do heavy squats, heavy deads, leg press, light deads. I'm also trying to hit my back 4x/week. Outside of that shyt is beyooooond me :yeshrug: Only other priority I would say is my arms. Surprisingly basically hitting everything 3 days in a row isn't killing me. But I feel like I need to get more organized. Or not :manny:

Anybody have any good prepackaged vegetable drinks that are good to get some vegetable replacement going?
I'm trying to find a way to incorporate more veggies in my diet for the early morning when I'm at work. It's tough to find a microwave some days and tough to eat veggies at 7 am

That def happened alot at my old hardcore gym constantly during the winter...i did that once with my BlackBerry light while I was finishing up with a 125 lb dumbbell doing triceps extensions...it was still my mufukkin set...couldn't half step :ufdup:
