that was a great morning, great wod, too.
if i remember correctly it was a partner workout but something like:
30 min AMRAP
12 bike cals
9 burpee box jump overs
6 deadlifts @ 315#
I tell people all the time about you & @krackdagawd triumphs and set backs. It's a testament to not giving up, despite the cards you're dealt in life or when an unfortunate illness strikes.
I legit had tears from hearing both stories because I could feel the pain. It also reminds not to take good health and life in general for granted.

Only other priority I would say is my arms. Surprisingly basically hitting everything 3 days in a row isn't killing me. But I feel like I need to get more organized. Or not
