Save way more money plus you know what you’re eating.

Glad I got back on the wagon. Was eating out way too much the past few weeks.

I'll need to drink a ton of water to flush out the excess salt in my body.

I'd say look into more pulses (bean, lentils, legumes etc). Good carbs, but with a lot of fiber and some protein.

I'd also say look into quinoa as well.

I do a lot of brown rice and beans, but I'm looking to move into quinoa. Quinoa has more protein and fiber than brown rice.

Sweet potatoes are also GOAT. One of the best super foods out there. Good carbs, lots of vitamins and a lot of fiber.

Oatmeal (standard, non processed oatmeal) is a probably the GOAT breakfast carb. When your cooking skills level up, you can move into oatmeal flour bread over regular wheat bread.
