Guys, I'm kind of flabberghasted

For the most part, I'm a eat 1 big meal a day kind of individual, And I play Basketball pretty much everyday. And these aren't some " ho-hum" sessions of bball either; I'm out there working

Now, I'm 5'11. in my mind I should be 165-170 ish. I had a PT test this week, and they weighed me before, and I clocked in at 182. I'm agitated by this, because I honestly don't see how.

I drink hella water, don't drink soda, Have the occasional energy drink. I will admit my food choices aren't the greatest, but ( in my mind at least) I shouldn't be racking it up like that.

I'm not budging off 180lbs and I'm easily in a weekly deficit:mjlol:

I'm just trying to see how the body looks weekly...

Just eat at a surplus for a couple of weeks and start again...I do think the body just slows down alot after cutting tooo long

in philly for work and dropped in at a local gym this morning for a workout. the coach was super nice guy, facility was cool. had a great workout. 5*s, would visit again.

That seems unlikely on most movements unless the chick is a beast but what does the old man know.

That's my point. Don't be letting these women be beasts and you outchea:flabbynsick:

And these powerlifting chicks go hard. Some of them can squat over 2.5 times bodyweight for reps. :wow:

That's good. I would love to compete as it was one of my childhood dreams. I have a number of things kinda dialed in. So I think I can do okay in a street fighter. working on fighting two opponents at once now.
