Was able to gut through the workout. Still had some reps in the tank for bench. Having a spotter (w/o crazy weight) lift off is cheat code:mjlit:

Bout to get some cardio in and then back day. No deadlifts for me until I get to 200lbs. My body ain't there yet.:yeshrug:

Also, water gets so little recognition/praise here. 120 fl oz today and man, all my bloat is gone.

I've been drinking out of the championship cup I got from my soccer league.

I'm tasting victory in ever sip :ohlawd:

I've been thinking about doing some sort of competition. Being healthy and fit is great, but I'm getting a little bored just going to the gym and coming home and reading The Coli.

Goku and Vegeta don't just train to look good. They do it to win tournaments and fight intergalactic threats.

Batman doesn't just train to look good. He does it to keep up with the Justice League and beat the shyt out of mentally ill people.

I need something more than just 'training to look good.' Only thing is I don't know what I want to do yet, if it's a bodybuilding show, a powerlifting meet, or even a tough mudder.
