Chest day went pretty well. Just easing into things plus I have a long commute back so I didn't hit everything I wanted.

15 mins on the bike
Flat bench 4x6, 225
DB flys 4x8, 45
Incline DB press 4x8, 55
Leg raises, 3x15 with a 10 second hold on the last one

Did push-ups in between sets as well.

Usually I like to get at least 5 proper chest/shoulder exercises in (Cable Fly, OHP and Decline Bench) but time was against me. I was also trying to re-establish my baseline.

Tomorrow is back (my favorite day). Will probably do a light deadlift and hit everything pretty heavy.

Ima need to pack a snack for directly after the gym. That post gym hunger is an easy way to throw you off the wagon real quick

Anyone ever use a ratchet belt(PR) Belts? How good is it compared to a lever belt? Thinking about getting one.

Arms and back wokout, 4 x 12 per excercise last sets are the toughest so I know it’s enough weight. What do y’all brehs think?
  • Machine pec fly
  • Machine incline press
  • Machine chest press
  • Machine bands shoulder press
  • Machine bands chest press
  • Seated curls machine
  • Standing or preacher curls
  • Machine triceps extension
  • Machine triceps press
  • Seated row machine
  • Pull down machine
  • Row machine 35lbs
  • Sit up machine
As long as you're going to failure/getting close to failure and are getting a good squeeze, machines can get you results

Any reason you're not doing free weights though?

Its always when the other gym bro is skinny or ripped and the fat breh is like I can wear that too :mjgrin:

I think I just invented a new piece of exercise home equipment, the 'mini prowler'
A portable prowler/sled pull that can be used at home and not just the a fitness center.

When it comes to flat benching, I think im gonna be smith machine from here on out. The tension is far superior :whew:
