I've just heard it doesn't have consistent effectsDepends on what you've heard.
Does it do much for test? Not really. It'll normalize low levels.
However, it's been shown to significantly increase DHEA, DHT, and decrease elevated prolactin (a big deal).

Effect of oral administration of Tribulus terrestris extract on semen quality and body fat index of infertile men. - PubMed - NCBI
Run it through sci-hub to get full text. Wish they tested total testosterone.
It seemingly acts as a non-aromatizing DHEA analog.
I've been taking TT for awhile and the effects are undeniable. Blood work coming. Others across internet have had their DHT test above range along with an increase of DHEA. Fertility and pregnancy forums have long reported Tribulus' effectiveness in that realm.
Make sure the Tribulus product has protodioscin when buying.
do the row machine
that timingI rowed my gearshift back into reverse then forward to drive and took my black ass home. Walked in before it started raining too :blessedsaints:

the power of not giving these hoes any attention
At 100 grams a day I don’t see the point. Generally the thought is that you would have to be extremely low carb to deplete glycogen and then at that point those workouts are hell.talk to me about depletion workouts...do these work? i'm not doing any crazy low carb. but my carbs are about 60-100 day. just trying to drop fat and saw this is a good type of workout to do once a week to really deplete glycogen...do i do cardio after to really burn everything out?
I haven't seen anything saying you'd have to be extremely low carb...folks hitting for 30g and under would do fewer circuits, but 60-70 isn't that much, especially given it's mainly from fruits and veggies. but I keep seeing these mentioned as good for shedding fat and it's similar to how i train - circuits, little to no rest.At 100 grams a day I don’t see the point. I just don’t see where you would get benefit relative to your carb consumption. That’s contest prep, weigh-in, carb cycling territory
I mean from what I’ve read and personally tinkered with 30g is the floor and 60-70 is manageable. If you truly are in that range I would question how long you could maintain it. I got there and honestly training became no fun because (real or perceived) there felt like nothing was in the tank.I haven't seen anything saying you'd have to be extremely low carb...folks hitting for 30g and under would do fewer circuits, but 60-70 isn't that much, especially given it's mainly from fruits and veggies. but I keep seeing these mentioned as good for shedding fat and it's similar to how i train - circuits, little to no rest.
i need to add another weight day and thought about doing a full body depletion workout on fridays.
yea, i'd only do it once a week. and the days i'm in the 60-70 range i'm good, that's usually 2.5 servings of fruit, half a cup of oatmeal or a slice of sprouted bread, and a protein bar...i don't feel derived from a satiety or performance standpoint. i've tried to train on true low carb and it doesn't work - poor training and no results.I mean from what I’ve read and personally tinkered with 30g is the floor and 60-70 is manageable. At some point you have to replenish those stores or it’s just likely going to be a cycle of shytty training. I’m saying that based off what I generally “know” how you like to train. Someone else could do moderate lifting and steady state cardio and probably thrive.
Yeah that’s carb cycling territory. It can definitely work. On that general setup my hunger level after my “Saturday” was pretty low so I had to be mindful to eat well enough not to throw everything off.yea, i'd only do it once a day. and the days i'm in the 60-70 range i'm good, that's usually 2.5 servings of fruit, half a cup of oatmeal or a slice of sprouted bread, and a protein bar...i don't feel derived from a satiety or performance standpoint. i've tried to train on true low carb and it doesn't work - poor training and no results.
i'm going to try this 1x week for a few weeks and see how it goes, saturday is my day to eat whatever, so this could work
