getting back tonight i gotta say i like the 3x5 set up as opposed to the 5x5. i feel like i can up the weight at a quicker time-frame. when doing the 5x5 sometimes on that 4th or 5th set i would put up 4 reps so i stick with that weight the next time i did the workout.

Tried to get a vid of me ohp-ing since I just started and wanted to make sure at least I didn't LOOK like I was gon snap some shyt up.

Ended up with a 30 second vid of just my butt.

In other news, broke 100lbs (2 50lb db's) doing farmers walks today :ehh:.
Will probably regret it tomorrow, and I'll probably stay in a lighter range in the future, but I really wanted to see if I could do it.

Today is leg day and the past 2 weeks ive been cramping by the time i start to hit auxiliaries. That shyt better not happen tonight

Can you OG's help me build a great leg routine. Mine now is,

Squat 4 sets
Leg Press 3 sets
Leg Extensions 3 sets
Leg Curl 3 sets
Lying Leg Curl 3 sets
Machine Calf Raises 2-3 sets

I feel like this is too standard though. Legs is all I'm doing until my shoulder heals. I need them tennis legs :blessed:
