stretch,light cardio, don't hurt yourself bruh

Ended doing some bike work for 20 mins and then some back exercises. Didn’t DL today though.

I’ll get to my game 20 mins prior to kickoff so I can get a good stretch and light jog.

2nd game out of a 10 game season. After that we have a 1 week break then the summer season begins (the longest and most competitive/intense season)
