show me where I compared or put folks down at my gym? I talked about my accomplishments but didn't feel the need to mention anybody else or compare myself to anybody else cause I don't get off on that shyt like you do.

and @dora_da_destroyer just stop talking to this clown about the bay im not even convinced hes lived in the bay.. sounds like some kid from Humblolt county or some shyt that happens to have family in the bay and visits sometimes.. just from the inaccuracies of shyt he constantly posts about the bay.. or calls SF fagville.. when you ever been around anyone ever in your life to call SF fagville and be from the bay.. just in this thread alone he said theirs nothing to do in the bay but smoke or drink but he said he doesnt drink ever :dwillhuh: we live in one of the most active places in america to do shyt.. even just keeping it working out, theirs plenty of new hike places to go and see

Getting another bike, gonna keep it away from the undesirables to get back in shape. :mjpls:

Jokes aside my endurance is shot from the fall off but running is too much on my knees now so this should be a smoother transition back into shape. I also am giving sobriety (liquor) a more serious go, I love wine too much but my gut doesn’t.:huhldup:

Why nikkas wear tights under they shorts? Somebody put me on

Cause draws dont cut it. They ride up, give you wedgies, move all around.
That spandex tho is in place and allows you ti move easier and more freely. Also helps with your range of motion.
Go get you some off Amazon and you'll notice the difference

Man finally started to just doing my flat bench in the rack with pins since wasn't really anyone near me for a spot (getting a chest contusion will do that:therethere:)


Of course the pins levels are either just a bit too low or high for me:palm: I say fukk it and have em a bit higher. Felt kinda like pause reps since I couldn't bounce the bar. Can't front, my pecs were on fire.:lift::yes:

Might run with this from now on, especially since on the last set i try to push for extra reps.:lift:


Been slacking on my diet as well.:palm:

Wrong time of the year to slack on the diet breh. It's been hard for me to stay on point but Myfitnesspal has kept me from slipping.
