This cac really called me a douchebag for coming back from the water fountain and telling another scrub to get the fukk up from the machine before they sat on it that I was using. My sweaty ass mark was on the cable row machine, but that and seeing that and my bag next to the machine wasn't an indicator to wait.:gucci:
Why is a cac so comfortable saying that to you.

Starting a healthy life style is a struggle. But one thing at a time.

I cut out hashbrowns from my breakfast. Now it's just eggs and bacon with 20 oz water.

My lunch on a daily basis is a tuna melt. Which keeps me filled all day until dinner.

I'm trying to find a healthy dinner. Maybe I'll add chicken to a dish or something? Idk.

I'm back to drinking 80+ oz of water on weekdays. I'm trying the fix my food habits on the weekends.

tuna melt aint the best option for lunch...especially daily - also not sure how it's just 300 cals when two slices of bread is already ~200 cals, the tuna fish alone (if packed in water...no mayo) is likely hitting for ~100 cals, then cheese - which if you're being conservative and using low fat is another ~100-150, and thats before the butter/oil used to grill it


your meal plan is lacking vegetables, fruit, whole grains and healthy fat.

I literally had the :dwillhuh: face...he had the :skip: face trying to come off in a joking manner. He had the advantage of it being very crowded...so he'd rightfully figured I wouldn't try shyt with that many witnesses.
