Essential Random Gym Thoughts Revisited...

My lower back been hollering, time for me to throw out my old mattress. Way too soft.

And to think I had the chance to get a firm, brand new mattress a few years back for $100 when Mattress Firm and Sealy's merged

I don't even remember what I may have spend the money on. Now that my plug has left Mattress Firm I gotta pay a $400+ for that same mattress

Meant to take a pic, but I love that tel Aviv has these outdoor gym setups up and down the beach. Like lat bar, chest press/fly, leg curl, etc. I didn't see weight plates, so maybe it's tension resistance, but no way a us city just has machines out in a public place that don't get fukked up or look like death.

Dudes out here doing yoga on the dock as well. I have mixed feelings on Israel as a state, but I'd be immensely healthier out here, very active culture and healthy food.

I follow this travel vlogger and he said Israel was one of his favorite places to visit.
