Oh well that changes the dynamic totally. You might need to go in the opposite direction. Bodyfat percentage can also be changed by increasing muscle which of course impacts the overall ratio.

We can't know without picture (I am not asking :dame:) but at that weight if you don't have visible abs un-flexed then they are developed enough.


I might have to bulk again :sadcam: I havent for years cuz I hate the feel of a belly. But fukk that might be it. I could probs do a super clean bulk of like surplus 3-500 cals and not end up looking aloppy.

Best advice I ever got and put in to practice is that if you are going to bulk go harder than normal because you have that extra fuel at your disposal. It's a great time to increase volume and switch your "cardio" to more metcon based work.

Lol breh Im 5 4 120-125. So more like 12-14 or so pounds. I guess if I really wanted to I could starve myself for a week but Im trying not to be stupid. Im very lean ( v taper) but have never had abs unflexed and trying to get there this year. It dead ass seems being this lean coupled with my size and family genes is making that last couple pounds a huge chore without doing somethin extreme

Like Ive seen fighters my height and weight who are shredded but I guess they probs have a lot more muscle too :jbhmm:

Im a pretty avid lifter but I will admit I havent tried to push myself in ages. I did a bulk up to 135 a few years ago and gained a lot of muscle, then cut dow. and just have been maintainin since then

I kept cutting until I literally couldnt cut anymore...:mjlol:

I was hitting 1500 calories and nothing was moving...I simply got tired and started to bulk up..

My stomach looking kinda pregnant:francis:, but I got a solid base

at your size, if you dont see abs now, you just dont have enough muscle.

If you have a discount grocery in your city you should check them out every once in awhile.

came up at mine today.

They are selling boxes of Bulletproof Collagen Protein bars for $2 (retail is $35).
I bought 7 boxes...Ill probably go back Friday and fill my freezer with them.

The catch is the 'Best by' date ends next month...but shyt like that can last like a year longer.
