I’m starting to feel the effects of the Keto Diet. I only do low intensity exercise, most cardio. But at one of my jobs(which includes labor) I be feeling fatigued really quick. Like the first hour of work. I push through it as if to treat as a good workout a And I’m seeing results. I usually only lose at most two pounds a week but work training combined with Keto and LIiT must have me burning hella calories cuz I’m down almost 5 pounds in the last seven days. The downside is because of my lack of carbs, I be lacking the fuel and energy to really knock out the work.
At this rate I’m reach my weight goal by the end of May and then I can start strength training and toning my body the right way. As long as I avoid Memorial Day cookouts.
This week they passing out the pool passes to the tenants so I can’t wait to hop in the pool and do some water exercise. It going to be a good summer
