I’m starting to feel the effects of the Keto Diet. I only do low intensity exercise, most cardio. But at one of my jobs(which includes labor) I be feeling fatigued really quick. Like the first hour of work. I push through it as if to treat as a good workout a And I’m seeing results. I usually only lose at most two pounds a week but work training combined with Keto and LIiT must have me burning hella calories cuz I’m down almost 5 pounds in the last seven days. The downside is because of my lack of carbs, I be lacking the fuel and energy to really knock out the work.

At this rate I’m reach my weight goal by the end of May and then I can start strength training and toning my body the right way. As long as I avoid Memorial Day cookouts:why:.

This week they passing out the pool passes to the tenants so I can’t wait to hop in the pool and do some water exercise. It going to be a good summer

The low carb thing not for me...:francis:

I just feel lethargic

good workout after work this morning.

quick warm up

225 Deadlift X5, 35 Yard Sled Sprint (90 pounds) for 3 rounds. w/ rest in between.

275 Deadlift 3X3

325 DL 2X3, then 2,1,1, 1

225 DL X3, 35 Yard Sled Sprint, 35 Yard Farmers Carry W/ trap bar (90 Pounds + Bar WGT) X 5 w/ limited rest between rounds.

That finisher had everything burning, lungs, legs, grip, etc

Rode through the streets at 6 this morning, only for a bit 30-40 mins but my knee was hurting. Been off the wagon from exercise period for a min so I’m starting with shorter weekend rides and building up. If I weren’t so tired atm I would try to go for a swim today but nah.
