Don't know what the fukk it was but I felt like superman in the gym today. I killed every workout and it was chest day. Maybe it was the 2 cups of coffee I had before I went.
Coffee before the gym is the goat I really miss early morning workouts.

Can’t imagine doing that now :scust: my gym a freaking zoo in the am .

went and hooped today for about the first time in about 18 months...and it was interesting
+ i can touch rim now (at 5'6" i think im doing alright just to get there). i remember i could barely grab the bottom of the net back when i used to hoop regularly about 5-6 years ago in college bc i never actually worked out even though i played maybe 3 hrs a day 3-4 times a week. its a weird feeling to jump and be like "oh shyt im still in the air"
+ my defense is :demonic: now. jumping passing lanes like i was shot out of a cannon. quick as fukk laterally now too.
- i can't shoot to save my mf life. it took about 40 warmup shots to even be able to catch rim consistently. felt like i was throwing a paper ball.
- conditioning is GONE. i thought i was in decent shape from soccer but after about midway thru the 2nd game we played i was seeing stars




still got in chest day after it too:smugdraper:
cause i know i took sunday and monday off and im not going tomorrow either.

In the sauna for for the first time in a long time .

shyt feels really good !!!


It’s all about time I can’t really stay after my work out .

I do cardio before and after lifting .

So also trying to do the sauna can turn into a long session smh .

Think imma try to squeeze it in on leg days .
