BTW i almost murdered my entire family cause i was hangry. I threw a tantrum and had to go outside and sit on the stoop. But who gets an airbnb in the middle of nowhere and doesnt go grocery shopping? :yeayea:

2 weeks of working out and eating a lil better and Im down to 244 from 253.

fukked off last week due to a sch. Change. Back on track so far this week. Down to 236.6.

Any of yall doing any sled work?


On my big Deadlift days I warm up with dead n sled sprints. Then Is work up close to my NX in Deadlifts.

Then as a finisher I'd lower the DL weight and cycle thru DL, Sled Sprints, n Trap Bar Farmer Walks.

5 rds be brutal.

I don't combine conventional deads and sled work but I do the opposite. Basically warm-ups with trap bar deads then outside for sleds and carries

Motivation is fleeting. Consistency is way more important. You can look at it like a big mountain of 5 days a weeks or start with two, be consistent and building from there.....

Just gotta be consistent. Anything worth achieving is going to be difficult. That's something I plan to instill in my kids.

just go anyway :yeshrug:

half the time i dont feel like going, i still go anyway. and if i do some shyt and im still not feeling it then i can say i tried.
usually once i get warmed up it's like "well shyt im here may as well make the best of it
