I never truly wanted to swing on someone like I did today, they go the assault bike set up right next to a treadmill but the person on the bike and treadmill face opposite directions. Breh farted the nastiest smelling fart ever...the fukk :what: I looked at him dead ass in the face ice grilling as I hopped off the bike, breh is lucky I was on my last interval. fukking idiot :mad:

Started to cut down my cals the past 1-2 weeks and my body is already like :sadcam: Hell I can only imagine when I have to really cut down cals.:mjcry:

Gonna be putting in some extra effort to work on my rowing for the next few weeks...

Using 10 x 500m w 60 sec rest between intervals as my guage of progress

First day was yesterday I averaged 1:49.3 for the 10 intervals

Hoping after about 6-8 weeks to get that # much closer to 1:40


And today's metcon was just filthy:whoo:

For Time (15 min time cap):
1 mile run
40 pull ups
20 power cleans @ 165#

Same here except leg day is not my favorite day. On my leg day I also do back and biceps and finish with abs and cardio. I don't like doing legs tho but it's a necessary evil.

I admire you dudes that enjoy it tho.

You do full body every time?

To be fair I don’t do heavy squats much I do Goblet squats and Kettlebell squats

But rarely do barbell squats which is what kills most people
