Just came from a short walk too, then gonna swim for 30-45 when the pool opens, I figure now’s as good a time as any to get my body used to switching between functions/exercises in the same timeframe.

I haven't. Funny thing is one of my coworkers recommends it for easing up some of the pain I have.
