Added deadlifts back into my training after a 3 year hiatus. Told myself I’ll stop at 315 for working sets.
Crazy how better you look doing these.

I only started doing them about six months ago because I switched to training six days push/ pull/ legs and didn't want to do deadlifts twice a week, but I absolutely love them shyts now. Probably my favorite exercise.
Just came from a 5:30 am bike ride, officially gonna do these throughout the week to keep it up!
Now onto my step aerobics class, haven’t done it in ages but trust it’s hard and a good ass workout-hopefully the scale will go down some by tomorrow lol
I have the same question with him on Deads but I can probably guess the answerSquat is arguably (deadlift is the other one) the best exercise it is...Why would you not want to do them? I could see if you wanted to avoid trying to get to a 500lb squat but being able to squat 315 for reps would only go to assist you as you get older. Only other barbell exercises I champion are the deadlift, bench press, overhead press, and power clean..Weighted dips/pullups also everything else is just extra.
