Always feel some muscle pain when i bench now and i cant go as heavy anymore:francis:

Same with my lobster mac and cheese...everytime I make it me and my lady we damn near finish it in one sitting...and I make a lot of it :ohlawd:

Just got back, feeling pretty good.

2 New Max Lifts.

265 Bench (6/17/19)
275 Squat

Pretty sure I can get closer to 300 on the Squat right now, but my knee was feeling funny tonight.

To go along with a 405 Deadlift, That brings my Big 3 up to 945 (6/17/19).

I think Ill be back in the 1000 club by this time next month, if not earlier.

Gonna try for 295+ on the Squat Tues Night if I have the time.

For people lifting for visuals.... leveraging the illusion effect is key

For better or worse... only core training I do now is abs. Big obliques make your waist blocky. My posterior chain has always been strong :dame: Maxing out the size on my limbs + upper torso is the name of the game

I USE it :russ: seems like its actually helped my hip mobility...Or shyt maybe a placebo but im generally for flexible and able to stretch deeper. I also squat 3 times a week some weeks and 2 most weeks I light weight need my hips.

what other kind of core training is there?

I dont do any direct ab work...I have a six pack (still need to lose that lower belly fat) strictly from compound lifts.
