I think ive been working out with a slightly hurt pec for weeks now.
Always feel some muscle pain when i bench now and i cant go as heavy anymore

Maxing out the size on my limbs + upper torso is the name of the game




seems like its actually helped my hip mobility...Or shyt maybe a placebo but im generally for flexible and able to stretch deeper. I also squat 3 times a week some weeks and 2 most weeks I light weight need my hips.
