Some of the more recent fukkery I’ve seen:
- Dude doing barbell complexes super set with assisted pull-ups
- Dude squatting with the p-pad and the 20 pound fixed weight barbell. In the rack
- Dude walking around the gym back and forth doing DB Curls. Think like Farmers Carries as in a set pattern and then he’s literally breathing like he’s dying.
How do these guys come up with this stuff if only they knew how much of their time and how silly what they were doing was.
