75% chance I'm headed to the gym today. If so, it'll be my 4th day in a row. I haven't done that in at least a year....and I'm not even tired or sore.

I've been getting adequate sleep, waking up full of energy and light on my feet throughout the day.

Yeah, this is what I'm going to try to do to get my process back in order.

I normally skip Tuesday's though. The crowds are insane. But I have no choice.:francis:

I could not go to the gym for 2 months, because of traveling for work and yesterday was my 1st day back:blessed:.

I also noticed there are some new females in the gym:mjgrin:.

Taking 2 months off, I did not lose too much strength:lift:

Don't ever fukk a shoulder up brehs...that shyt seems to never heal on it's own.

What do you do for your shoulder?

Right now I'm using a Twin Stim IV and an ice bag. When I go to the gym I use an ice pack on the way there and use cable exercises to stretch out my shoulders.

The pain went down and range of motion went up but I'm still looking for more advice on how to make it feel better.

The pain went down and range of motion went up but I'm still looking for more advice on how to make it feel better.
I just have my girl massage it when the pain gets too nagging. The weird part is it don't hurt when I bench press or even do dips. I can't do any shoulder presses or shoulder shrugs tho. It hurts the most when I'm laying down in the bed which is weird.
