Since June 4th I prolly been in the gym 5 days a week maybe even 6 last week
I don't get how you brehs choose strength over muscle development/definition. I'm in the gym 5 days a week to have my body looking good not just for the ability to lift heavier shyt![]()
Yep. Strength can help aesthetics and vice versa.you CAN have it all.
i had a phase where i focused on numbers only, and i looked and felt like it.
now i focus on aesthetics and athletic performance more than anything, and surprisingly i keep hitting new levels on the numbers w/o that being the main focus.

Wanna commit to the cut but the strength gains are addicting. Bout to just say fukk it and be short round strong dude with back problems once I hit 30![]()

Nervous about trying to lift again tomorrow. Took about a week off from lifting to let my shoulder pain heal. There's a slight strain when I lift my right arm above my head still, but not as bad as before. And it's usually the most painful overnight if I sleep on it wrong, and I have to stretch it out and loosen it up before it's better. I wanna get back to lifting and stop this running shyt, but I don't know.![]()
