If you are putting serious miles in they will need replacing more than every few years.Went ahead and bought some new sneakers (Sauconys), Jack Rabbit’s gait analysis said my og shoes were correcting for an issue I didn’t or no longer have (it’s been about 5 years since I bought my pair). Was sweating on the treadmill plus the store was hot then had spin class this evening and promptly passed out afterwards.
How come all the running shoes start at $120? I feel like for something you’re getting max wear out and people expect to be replaced after a few years maybe they’d come down just a bit to $80-$100.

you CAN have it all.
i had a phase where i focused on numbers only, and i looked and felt like it.
now i focus on aesthetics and athletic performance more than anything, and surprisingly i keep hitting new levels on the numbers w/o that being the main focus.
Yep. Strength can help aesthetics and vice versa.

You can get back at it just always warm up shoulders before lifting even if your not working out shoulders I still warm it up
That’s cuz they diet is shyt most likelyI agree, but if one must be sacrificed for me it's strength. I see dudes at the gym benching 3 plates with dad bods. fukk that![]()
That is precisely what it is...That’s cuz they diet is shyt most likely
I'm still a little shook. I gave it a try last week and it didn't work out. I'll do some physical therapy stretches type of stuff and give it a go on Monday. Guess more running for a couple of days. You can get back at it just always warm up shoulders before lifting even if your not working out shoulders I still warm it up
i did the same @ jack rabbits years back because i was getting shin splints when i first got back into running. they recommended asics gel nimbus for my step / support. so i what i typically do any time i need a new pair is go online and search for an older series of the same shoe. let's say they're currently pushing the asics gel nimbus 14's in stores, i'll find someone selling the 11's or 12's and they're usually discounted by like 15-20%. zappos usually has deals like that.Went ahead and bought some new sneakers (Sauconys), Jack Rabbit’s gait analysis said my og shoes were correcting for an issue I didn’t or no longer have (it’s been about 5 years since I bought my pair).
