I been doing assault bike intervals for 5-7 minutes before lifting and it’s :blessed:

After your heart rate finally comes down and then you lift :takedat:
I’ve got a 10 min for max Cals assault bike workout coming up on Sunday before my snatch session. That should be fun lol

Finally went back to the gym after a two week hiatus from a sore shoulder. Been running 4 miles per day between then. Finally felt right to be able to lift again. Stretched and did physical therapy on the shoulder to the point of feeling just right to go ahead....












....and blew my shyt out again. :brutuswow: On the shelf for a little while longer.
