Did the reverse once I started lifting. Trying to get adequate protein was too much work for my lifestyle. I’m sure it can be done but it was way more than I could commit too. Looking back it was the correct choice for me but to each his own.I'm thinking of going vegetarian bruhs, anybody on here doing it? How do you feel when you workout and how is your recovery like?

The thing is that if most people look at what’s causing them issues it’s not meat as the sole factor. How you prepare it, what you eat with it sure but meat in general as the reason for obesity..............me thinks not.I'm a spiritualist so it won't be for religious reasons
