15 on purpose?I hate that moment when I realize how much time I’ve been doing this and how much progress I haven’t been making. A couple months ago I was the heaviest I had ever been, damn near 180 with mostly muscle. Then I lost about 15 pounds so I am climbing back up. Currently at 171 but fortunately I haven’t lost much strength.

A nice quiet morning walk to ponder shyt as well.
It opened five days ago and I've been three times. Only thing that stopped me from going five times was the worst cold I've had in a very long time on the weekend.
