I tried this GGG shoulder workout 11.19 with lightweights and it killed me after a few minutes

Can y’all recommmend some wrist straps please I’m sick of this shyt .
I can hardly curl anything without my shyt hurting .
Before I hear stabilizing bs I’ve slowly been working my way up in weight .
I can do everything else but curl .
If it’s not on a machine my shyt hurting bad .
Right now can only curl like 40 with no pain .
That ain’t gonna cut it when I’ve worked my way up to 60’s on bench press and 45’s on shoulder press .
Matter fact I’m almost back I was struggling last week couldn’t get the 45’s up .
This week I’m Gucci !!!!
Can’t wait to get back to 75’s on bench and 55’s on shoulder.
Today was a good workout minus not being able to really curl .
These are great but I don’t think they will alleviate current wrist pain. Especially not on a curling move.
